b network seek to offer the highest quality of service. In case of misinterpretation or disagreement in regards to the services provided, our customer care team is on hand to assist in solving disagreements and answering any queries which may arise.

 

To inform us of any queries or complaints of the service provided, please see action plan and the point of contact below:

 

Your Project Manager is at your service to solve any complaints and queries which may arise. Together with your project manager, you will evaluate the issue at hand. Thereafter we will assist in finding a solution and supply you with all information required.

 

The b network agency Director is also at your disposal should you not be satisfied by the solution proposed by your Project Manager.

Once a query or complaint have been received you will in return receive:
  - A proof of receipt - within 24 hours upon reception of the email
  - A solution or update - within 48 hours upon reception of the email
